MDE S1100

Efficient Material Handling Solution

Designed to suit most machines, the Scorpion S1100 performs equally well in small- and large-scale operations. Fitted with 30mm Hardox® teeth, it handles general landscape maintenance, feeding mulchers, loading trailers, and separating materials. As with every MDE Scorpion, the S1100 is constructed from Hardox® wear-resistant steel, giving it exceptional strength.

Two powerful hydraulic cylinders equip the MDE Scorpion excavator grab, enabling it to clamp onto stumps and boulders and extract them with ease. Precise control and clamping capabilities allow material to be gathered by pinching or grabbing. A jaw opening of 1275mm means large volumes of material can be taken in a single pass. For operators clearing land of roots, debris, boulders, or stumps, the MDE Scorpion excavator grab is an indispensable attachment.

One of the defining characteristics of the Scorpion design is that one side of the grapple remains fixed, enabling the excavator operator to use it as a bucket whilst clamping with the opposing grapple. The moving grapple closes tightly, allowing it to feather through material and function as a land rake. The bolt-on hitch is another notable feature, providing the ability to transfer the attachment between machines.
