Rabaud XYLO 13 PH / 15 CH
Designed for mounting on a mini-tractor or tractor, the XYLO log splitters are available in two configurations. The 13 PH model draws power from the tractor pump, delivering 13 tons of splitting force, whilst the 15 CH model operates via the tractor's PTO (540 rpm, with an oil flow of 33 l/min) and provides 15 tons of splitting force. Both models feature a 1100mm clearance and are capable of splitting 1 m logs with ease. Designed for tractor use, the XYLO-SR log splitter delivers splitting power ranging from 13 ton on the XYLO-SR 13 to 19 ton on the SR 19 model. Depending on the model chosen, it operates via the tractor pump or tractor PTO - PH models utilise the tractor pump whilst CH models are driven by the PTO. A 1160mm clearance allows logs of up to 1 m in length to be split with ease. Two-handed controls are fitted as standard, and a retaining claw holds logs securely in place during splitting. Both the raising and lowering of the cylinder are automatic and can be adjusted to maximise productivity. Powered by two 3-phase engines, the XYLOG 800 features a 3-chain feeding deck reaching up to 8m in length (stationary version). Correct wood positioning ahead of the cutting system is maintained by the feeding conveyor and 2 'V'-shaped bands, each 400mm wide and 4m long. Cutting length is straightforward to adjust between 250mm and 500mm, with bottom-to-top cutting for greater productivity - particularly time-saving when processing small diameter logs. A 3-meter conveyor forms the buffer zone, supporting continuous log feeding through to the splitting area, where two independent blades operate alongside three independent press devices for improved wood holding. Speed and required power across the blades are managed via the IOS power system. The chainsaw is both self-tensioning and self-lubricating.

Designed for large-scale professional firewood production, the XYLOG 600 offers an adjustable cutting length of 250 mm to 500 mm and a maximum cutting diameter of 600 mm. A powerful 35-ton cylinder delivers automatic speed with continuous variation ISO power. Depending on wood diameter, the hydraulic splitting cross self-positions and splits in 2, 4, 8, or 16. Separate cutting and splitting areas allow an armful of logs to be sawn and split simultaneously, whilst logs requiring no splitting can bypass the splitting area entirely for quick, efficient operation. The XYLOG 600 comes in a mobile version (PTO 540 rpm) or a stationary version (electric or motor-driven). With a maximum cutting diameter of 410 mm and 16 tons of splitting power, the XYLOG 410 wood processor allows straightforward adjustment of log lengths to 200, 250, 300, 330, 400, 450 or 500 mm. A 1000 mm diameter circular saw with carbide teeth is fitted as standard, and four splitting wedge configurations are available: 0/2/3, 2/4, 2/6, or 2/8. Logs are held in position by a hydraulic clamp featuring a tunnel form, which centres them correctly ahead of cutting. On the TH version, a 4 m or 4.5 m discharge conveyor is constructed with metal bars formed from several strips, keeping maintenance straightforward and cost-effective. The conveyor can be adjusted for height and folded down for transportation. The machine is PTO-driven, requiring a tractor of between 35 Hp and 100 Hp, connected via a 3-point hitch. Fitment of a petrol or electric motor and a remote control is also an option.
