Rabaud XYLOG 410
With a maximum cutting diameter of 410 mm and 16 tons of splitting power, the XYLOG 410 wood processor allows straightforward adjustment of log lengths to 200, 250, 300, 330, 400, 450 or 500 mm. A 1000 mm diameter circular saw with carbide teeth is fitted as standard, and four splitting wedge configurations are available: 0/2/3, 2/4, 2/6, or 2/8. Logs are held in position by a hydraulic clamp featuring a tunnel form, which centres them correctly ahead of cutting. On the TH version, a 4 m or 4.5 m discharge conveyor is constructed with metal bars formed from several strips, keeping maintenance straightforward and cost-effective. The conveyor can be adjusted for height and folded down for transportation. The machine is PTO-driven, requiring a tractor of between 35 Hp and 100 Hp, connected via a 3-point hitch. Fitment of a petrol or electric motor and a remote control is also an option.

Rabaud XYLOG 420
Compatible with a 3-point tractor linkage or available in 3-phase electric, the XYLOG 420 offers a cutting diameter of up to 420mm and straightforward length adjustment between 150mm and 500mm. Splitting power is automatically matched to the load, delivering 18 tons at low speed and 12 tons at fast speed. Hydraulic adjustment of the splitting wedge provides settings of 0/2/4/6 or 0/2/4/8. Fitted with the XYLOMETER - an automated wood scaling system - the XYLOG 420 enables precise measurement of the volume of wood produced. Wood alignment is improved via a side-shifted splitter with a V-shaped canal, and the splitting cycle can be positioned either manually or automatically. Available options encompass an extended intake and unloading conveyor, LED lights on the saw, a waste collector and sawdust vacuum, and more.

Driven by PTO, engine, or electric power, the XYLOG 520 features a carbide circular saw blade with a maximum diameter of 1300 mm, handling diameters of up to 520 mm with cutting lengths ranging from 200 mm to 500 mm. The log splitting section is adjustable from 30 to 250 mm, with 2 'V'-shaped blades delivering 22 tons of force. Designed with the operator in mind, the cab offers a comfortable seat, sound proofing, air con, heating, and a radio. A hydraulically movable output conveyor orientated by 40° is included, alongside a screening system that employs hedgehog rollers. Maintenance is straightforward thanks to remote draining and easy access to the hydraulic and electric chambers. Wi-fi connectivity enables fast and efficient technical support to be provided remotely.

Rabaud XYLOG 600
Designed for large-scale professional firewood production, the XYLOG 600 offers an adjustable cutting length of 250 mm to 500 mm and a maximum cutting diameter of 600 mm. A powerful 35-ton cylinder delivers automatic speed with continuous variation ISO power. Depending on wood diameter, the hydraulic splitting cross self-positions and splits in 2, 4, 8, or 16. Separate cutting and splitting areas allow an armful of logs to be sawn and split simultaneously, whilst logs requiring no splitting can bypass the splitting area entirely for quick, efficient operation. The XYLOG 600 comes in a mobile version (PTO 540 rpm) or a stationary version (electric or motor-driven). The mobile version is equipped with a 2 m loading chain platform and a hydraulic folding, height-adjustable 4 m conveyor. The stationary version, by contrast, features a loading chain platform from 5 m alongside an 8 m swivelling discharge conveyor.

Rabaud XYLOG 800
Powered by two 3-phase engines, the XYLOG 800 features a 3-chain feeding deck reaching up to 8m in length (stationary version). Correct wood positioning ahead of the cutting system is maintained by the feeding conveyor and 2 'V'-shaped bands, each 400mm wide and 4m long. Cutting length is straightforward to adjust between 250mm and 500mm, with bottom-to-top cutting for greater productivity - particularly time-saving when processing small diameter logs. A 3-meter conveyor forms the buffer zone, supporting continuous log feeding through to the splitting area, where two independent blades operate alongside three independent press devices for improved wood holding. Speed and required power across the blades are managed via the IOS power system. The chainsaw is both self-tensioning and self-lubricating.

Capable of producing Kindling or Logs, the XYLOFLAM 330/450+ handles all wood types. Three wood lengths are accepted: 200, 250, or 330mm, with a maximum diameter of 450mm.
