Suited to a wide range of applications, this mulcher is compatible with tractors from 80-300Hp and features a helical rotor, fixed hammers with tungsten carbide bits. Depending on the model, it is equipped with 2 or 3 counter knives and also incorporates a hermetic closure on the rotor. The rear trap is hydraulic, the anti-wear skids are adjustable, and both the front and rear are protected by chains. Constructed from hard steel, the frame delivers high resistance and long lasting wear.

Built for undergrowth clearance, the XYLOR suits excavators ranging from 2 to 13 ton depending on the model. The HBC system (Hydraulic Block Control) manages hydraulic oil flow control, pressure limitation and progressive braking of the rotor, which is electronically balanced to real rotation speed. Featuring a helicoidal rotor with hammers and one line of u-shape counter knives for optimal clearing, the XYLOR (excluding the 603 and 803) also includes a rear depth control that is height adjustable in 3 positions. A protective housing covers the hydraulic block and belts, with rear protection provided by an adjustable anti-spatter guard and front protection via chains. Protective covers are fitted to the hydraulic hoses as well.

Rabaud XYLOSCIE 600 EM / ET & 700 ET PRO 2
Three models make up the XYLOSCIE range. The XYLOSCIE 600 (available in single or 3-phase) handles diameters up to 200mm, while the XYLOSCIE 700 (available in 3-phase) handles diameters up to 260mm. Alternate positioned teeth with left/right angling on the carbide steel blade reduce the power required and produce a clean cut. A swivel log holder minimises wood jamming on the blade, keeping the machine safe and efficient. A casing fully encloses the blade, with a mobile cover over the cutting area for user safety. The electric brake brings the blade to a stop in under 10 seconds. An adjustable dead stop allows the cutting length to be controlled.

Suitable for tractors ranging from a minimum of 10 Hp (max 50 Hp) for the XYLOSCIE 600T and 25 Hp (max 75 Hp) for the 700T, the XYLOSCIE T offers a cutting diameter of 200 mm (600 T model) to 260 mm (700 T models). Teeth in alternating positions on the carbide blade deliver a cleaner, quicker cut whilst drawing less power. Blade stoppage takes under 10 seconds thanks to the electro-magnetic clutch (except the 700 T PRO). The log holder is safe and ergonomic, featuring a holding clamp and handle, and a casing fully encloses the blade with a moveable cover over the cutting area. Cutting length is managed by an adjustable dead stop.

Rabaud XYLOGRUE
Offered in two sizes - 6.75m or 8.00m - the XYLOGRUE mounts on a tractor or forestry trailer and requires a recommended oil flow of 20-60 l/min. The lifting cylinder is protected, and hydraulic hoses run protected within the beam. Stabilisation stands are hydraulic 'flap down' style with extra wide feet for improved stability. The 6.75m version carries 500kg, while the 8.00m version carries 475kg, both with a rotational angle of 370°. The 8.00 PRO lifts 800kg with a recommended oil flow of 40-60 l/min. Featuring 4 rotation cylinders, a hydraulic telescope, and a grip constructed from high elasticity steel.
