Rabaud XYLOG 800
Powered by two 3-phase engines, the XYLOG 800 features a 3-chain feeding deck reaching up to 8m in length (stationary version). Correct wood positioning ahead of the cutting system is maintained by the feeding conveyor and 2 ‘V’-shaped bands, each 400mm wide and 4m long. Cutting length is straightforward to adjust between 250mm and 500mm, with bottom-to-top cutting for greater productivity – particularly time-saving when processing small diameter logs.
A 3-meter conveyor forms the buffer zone, supporting continuous log feeding through to the splitting area, where two independent blades operate alongside three independent press devices for improved wood holding.
Speed and required power across the blades are managed via the IOS power system. The chainsaw is both self-tensioning and self-lubricating.
