Combining remarkable strength with an impressively low weight, the K200 is built to perform. Featuring a 10mm Hardox® chassis and a biting force exceeding 47ton, this machine means serious business. Roadside verge clearance, limb and bush trimming, and lane and roadway clearing throughout a forest are all well within the K200’s capabilities.
Among the standout elements of the Koala Tree Shear design is a replaceable blade, should damage occur during extreme use. Equally significant is the bolt on hitch, which enables the Tree Shear to be transferred between Excavators. That same bolt on hitch opens up compatibility with telehandlers, skid steers, and cranes.
MDE Koala Tree Shears are a low maintenance attachment that is straightforward to look after, making the cutting and handling of material simple and efficient. Gardens and council parks requiring tree and bush removal are ideal environments for this attachment. The Koala 200 offers a cutting diameter of 200mm / 8 inches and suits excavators ranging from 2.7 – 10 ton.
